Reducing conflict and fragility in Somalia – Approach Paper
24 Oct 2016
Somalia is one of the world’s most fragile states. It has been receiving UK aid for over two decades.
ICAI is reviewing how effective UK aid has been in tackling conflict and reducing fragility in Somalia. Covering DFID’s bilateral programming and the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF), we will review the strategy behind aid interventions and the effectiveness of programming.
We have published an approach paper for this review. This sets out the evaluative questions we seek to answer, our methodology and approach.
