UK Aid in Somalia – New review begins
4 Oct 2016
ICAI has begun work on a new review – UK Aid in a conflict affected country – reducing conflict and fragility in Somalia
Somalia is one of the world’s most fragile states. It has been receiving UK aid for over two decades.
This review will explore how effective UK aid has been in tackling conflict and reducing fragility in Somalia. Covering DFID’s bilateral programming and the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF), it will review the strategy behind aid interventions and the effectiveness of programming.
For more information on this upcoming review, please contact the ICAI team.
