DFID’s approach to anti-corruption and its impact on the poor
Corruption is a fundamental issue that affects the everyday lives of the very poorest and hinders efforts to lift countries out of poverty. This report focuses on DFID’s efforts to reduce corruption as experienced by the poor.
We follow up on the steps the government has taken in response to our recommendations for all ICAI reviews. This process is a key link in the accountability chain, providing Parliament and the public with an account of how well government departments have responded to ICAI reviews.
We published the follow-up for our anti-corruption review in 2016.
